Shipping policy

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PREORDERS AND ITEMS MARKED WITH A SEPARATE FULFILLMENT NOTE, standard orders are typically packed up and sent out for shipping within 1 week of the order being placed, at which point you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can track your shipment as it makes its way to your shipping destination. Estimated shipping times are automatically calculated and shown at checkout, however, please note that unexpected delays (including unpredictable holdups at customs for international orders) are still always an unfortunate possibility, and that THE PROVIDED SHIPPING TIMELINES ARE JUST ESTIMATES TO BE USED AS A ROUGH GUIDELINE.

FOR PREORDERS, please expect AT LEAST 8-12 MONTHS OF MANUFACTURING/RESTOCKING TIME, IN ADDITION TO ANY PROVIDED SHIPPING TIMES SHOWN AT CHECKOUT, BEFORE YOUR ORDER WILL BE READY TO SHIP. Once your preorder is stocked, your order will be sent out for delivery and you will receive a tracking number for your shipment via email.

Please be aware that CARTS THAT CONTAIN BOTH PREORDERED ITEMS AND IN-STOCK ITEMS WILL BE HELD UNTIL ALL OF THE PREORDERED ITEMS ARE READY. As a result, if you would prefer to receive in-stock items as soon as possible, please order them in a COMPLETELY SEPARATE ORDER WITHOUT ANY PREORDERS ADDED TO THE CART.

However, please note that items marked with a Separate Fulfillment Note are excluded from the above, as they are shipped and fulfilled separately on a different timeline regardless of what other items are in the cart. Typically, you can expect to receive items marked with this note within 2-6 weeks, depending on your location, so please do not be alarmed if you receive these items significantly before or after receiving your other items. Please also note that these items will add to the total overall shipping cost of your cart since they are shipped separately.
